He began his derivatives trading career in 1975 with metals house Rudolf Wolff in London. In 1978 he became director of Gourlay Wolff, sas a specialist trader and fund manager in commodity futures. In 1987 he moved to Australia with Lehman Brothers with responsibility for developing metals and futures trading activities. On returning from Australia he joined GNI to help establish their fund management business which included selecting managers and marketing the funds.
In 1990 he joined CAL futures as marketing director. Responsibilities included marketing their in-house funds, designing a manager selection process and marketing offshore funds.
From 1997-2006 he ran his own fund management business focusing on a proprietary options trading strategy with a staff of eight and $96m under management.
Paul joined Culross in July 2006 as Marketing Director. Paul was born in Ireland and is an Irish national.
Crista Lyon

She began her banking career in 1977 specialising in loans and forfeiting. In 1980 she joined Salomon Brothers during the company’s heyday, where she headed the fixed income sales unit for continental Europe.
In 1989 she moved to CSFB in the same capacity, and subsequently was an Executive Director at Daiwa Europe. More recently, she was marketing head for the German region at Banquo Credit Management.
Crista joined Culross in September 2006 as Marketing Director. Crista was born in Germany and is a German national. She holds a diploma in Philosophy from London University.
Su Luquet

She began her career in 2003 in investment management as Assistant Investment Manager with Samsung Life Investments (UK) Ltd, specialising in the identification and selection of traditional equity and fixed income funds for the investment of $30bn of proprietary life company assets.
Su joined Culross in June 2005 to develop the firm’s client support services and build it’s Asian investor base with special reference to South Korea. This is a strongly growing part of Culross’ business and in January 2007 Su was appointed Marketing Director.
Su was born in South Korea and is a Korean national. She was educated at Sookmyung Women’s University in Seoul, graduating in 1999 with a BA (Hons). Moving to live in the UK in 2000, she took a second degree at the University of Surrey and graduated in 2003 with an MSc (Merit).
