He began his career in 2002 as a Quality Manager for a contract services firm, specialising in the public sector where he was responsible for maintaining the firms ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) accreditation.

After 4 years experience in processes and management systems he went on to a London firm to establish their business management systems. Under his sole responsibility and within 8 months the firm achieved accreditation to ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).

In 2007 he joined Culross as a trainee in the operations and administration department. In 2008 he moved to work in the research department. Sebastien was born in the UK and is a British national.
